摘要
借助于扫描电子显微镜采集化学镀镍-磷合金镀层的腐蚀形貌原始图像。首先,采用一重小波重构进行原始图像预处理,在保留图像特征的同时滤除大部分冗余信息;然后,进行图像二值化和形态学处理;最终,较为完整地提取出腐蚀形貌特征。结果表明:采用图像处理技术能够提取出化学镀镍-磷合金镀层的腐蚀形貌特征。这为评价化学镀镍-磷合金镀层在氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡不同时间后的腐蚀程度提供了参考。
The original image of corrosion morphology of electroless Ni-P alloy coating was collected by scanning electron microscope. Firstly, single wavelet reconstruction was used to preprocess the original image, which retain the features of the image while filtering out most of the redundant information. Then, image binarization and morphological processing were carried out. Finally, the corrosion morphology was extracted completely. The results showed that the corrosion morphology of electroless Ni-P alloy coating can be extracted by image processing technology, which provides a reference for evaluating the corrosion degree of electroless Ni-P alloy coating after soaking in sodium hydroxide solution for different time.
