摘要
研究了温度和管内流速对铝制内插扭带腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:当温度较低时(不大于50℃),随着温度的升高,腐蚀速率增大;但当温度达到60℃时,在内插扭带试片表面形成了完整、致密的腐蚀产物膜,减缓了腐蚀反应的进行;此后,随着温度的继续升高,腐蚀产物膜的厚度进一步增加。另外,在不同的管内流速条件下,存在临界流速3 m/s。当管内流速大于3 m/s时,内插扭带试片表面的成核速率增大,腐蚀速率减小。
The influence of temperature and flow rate in tube on corrosion behavior of aluminum interpolated torsion tape was investigated. The results showed that when the temperature was less than 50 ℃, the corrosion rate increased with the rise of temperature. However, when the temperature reached 60 ℃, a compact corrosion film was formed on the surface of interpolated torsion tape to slow down the corrosion reaction, and the thickness of corrosion product film was further increased with the rise of temperature. Under the conditions of different flow rate in tube, there was a critical flow rate of 3 m/s. When the flow rate in tube was higher than 3 m/s, the nucleation rate on the surface of interpolated torsion tape was increased and the corrosion rate was decreased.
