摘要
为了提高聚晶金刚石(PCD)刀具断屑槽激光去除的效率,选取激光功率、频率、扫描速度和重复次数作为实验因素,以PCD刀具材料去除量为响应指标。通过实验设计,利用Minitab软件建立了聚晶金刚石材料去除量与激光工艺参数之间的回归方程,并对工艺参数进行了优化。实验结果表明,功率对材料去除量的影响最大,频率次之,重复次数影响最小,工艺参数之间的交互作用也影响着材料去除量。所建立的回归方程能够较好地反映聚晶金刚石材料去除量与激光工艺参数之间的关系。
In order to improve the efficiency of laser machining for chip breaking groove of poly-crystalline diamond(PCD)tool,the laser power,frequency,scanning speed and repetition number are selected as the experimental factors,and the material removal amount of PCD tool is selected as the response index.With the factorial design experiment,the regression equation between poly-crystalline diamond material removal amount and laser process parameters is established by Minitab software and the process parameters are optimized.The experimental results show that the laser process parameters are in the order of the power,frequency,scanning speed,and repetition number based on their influence degree on material removal amount.Material removal amount is also influenced by the interactive effects between process parameters.The regression equation established in this paper can describe the relationships between material removal amount and laser process parameters.
