摘要
分别采用水、甲醇溶液、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚-10(OP-10)乳液、氢氧化钠(NaOH)溶液对橡胶颗粒进行处理,考察了不同橡胶处理方法及橡胶颗粒用量对橡胶混凝土的强度、抗冲击性能及抗冲磨性能的影响。结果表明,随着橡胶颗粒用量的增加,橡胶混凝土的抗压强度、抗拉强度均呈下降趋势,抗冲击性能、抗冲磨强度均提高。采用NaOH溶液对橡胶颗粒处理效果最佳,处理后橡胶混凝土的综合性能较佳。OP-10乳液对橡胶颗粒的处理效果仅次于NaOH溶液,水处理对橡胶颗粒改性效果较差。
Rubber particles were treated by water, methanol solution, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether-10(OP-10) emulsion and sodium hydroxide(NaOH) solution, respectively. And the effects of different rubber treatment methods and amount of rubber particles on the strength, impact resistance and abrasion resistance of rubber concrete were investigated. The results showed that with the increa-sing amount of rubber particles, the compressive strength and tensile strength of rubber concrete showed a downward trend, and the impact resistance and impact wear resistance increased. NaOH solution was the best treatment for rubber particles, and the comprehensive performance of rubber concrete treated by NaOH was better. The effect of OP-10 emulsion on rubber particles was only inferior to that of NaOH solution. The effect of water treatment on rubber particles was poor.
