摘要
研究区为乌鲁木齐市城区,面积2000 km^2,结合区内基础地质、工程地质、地质灾害、环境等研究成果,筛选出科学合理的评价指标,利用层次分析方法、数学模型和GIS空间数据处理方法进行区内建设用地适宜性评价。结果显示,研究区建设用地适宜性好,全区适宜或较适宜建设区占比约74%,中等适宜建设区占比约23%。研究区北部卵、砾石土体承载力普遍较高,承载力特征值为200~300 k Pa;局部存在工程性质较差的填土、湿陷性黄土,不宜作为建筑物天然地基。
The research area is the urban area of Urumqi,covering an area of 2000 square kilometers.Scientific and reasonable evaluation indexes are selected based on the research results of basic geology,engineering geology,geological disasters and environment.AHP,mathematical model and GIS spatial data processing method are used to evaluate the suitability of construction land in the area.The results showed that the suitability of construction land in the study area is good.The proportion of suitable or more suitable construction areas in the whole area is about 74%,and the proportion of medium suitable construction areas is about 23%.In the north of the study area,the bearing capacity of gravel soil is generally high,and the characteristic value of bearing capacity is between 200~300 kPa;there are some fill and collapsible loess with poor engineering properties in some parts,which are not suitable for natural foundation of buildings.
