摘要
分析了石油原料与加工工艺对道路石油沥青性质的影响,并采用抗车辙剂和增延剂对其进行复合改性,制备出满足JTG F 40-2004的30^# A级道路石油沥青,考察了复合改性沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明:通过优选合适的原料和工艺可制备出满足JTG F 40-2004的30^# B级、C级道路石油沥青,但难以制备出30^# A级道路石油沥青,主要存在高低温性能难以兼顾的技术难题;采用抗车辙母粒和增黏剂(Sasobit)复合改性可以制备出满足JTG F 40-2004的30^# A级道路石油沥青;Sasobit对沥青性能的影响程度明显大于抗车辙母粒,并且随着Sasobit用量增大,影响程度更加明显;组分差异性较小的原油比较适宜用来制备优质硬质基质沥青;复合改性30^#沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定度、车辙动稳定度、残留稳定度、冻融劈裂残留稳定度等性能明显优于茂名70^#沥青混合料,其低温性能能够达到冬冷区改性沥青的要求,同时高温性能和抗水侵害性能也大幅提升。
The effects of petroleum feed and process on road petroleum asphalt were studied and after combined modification of anti-rutting agent and extension agent, 30^# A grade road petroleum asphalt which meets the requirement of JTG F 40-2004 was prepared.The results showed that the 30^# B and C grade road asphalt that satisfied with JTG F 40-2004 could be prepared by optimizing the appropriate raw materials and processes, but it was difficult to prepare the 30^# A grade road asphalt, due to the difficult balance of high and low temperature performance of hard asphalt. Combind modification of rutting resistant master granules(Sasobit) and extender mother liquor could be used to prepare grade 30^# A asphalt that met the requirements of JTG F 40-2004.The effect of Sasobit on asphalt performance was significantly greater than that of rutting resistant master batch, and with the increase of Sasobit dosage, the effect was more obvious. The crude oil with little difference in composition was more suitable for preparing high-quality hard matrix asphalt. The Marshall stability, rut stability, residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting residual stability of modified 30^# asphalt mixture were obviously better than that of 70^# asphalt mixture, and its low temperature performance could meet the requirements of modified asphalt in winter cold zone, and its high temperature performance and water resistance were also greatly improved.
