摘要
从再生前后催化剂的性能指标、开工过程及再生催化剂评价等方面,考察了某公司炼油厂3.75 Mt/a柴油液相加氢装置DT-系列催化剂的再生及工业应用效果。结果表明:主催化剂DT-3645,DT-3636经器外再生后,其脱碳率分别为97.1%,98.5%,脱硫率分别为60.0%,81.7%,强度分别提高7.0%,26.0%;再生催化剂颗粒损坏小、粉尘量少,完整度好;与新鲜催化剂相比,在装置运行负荷基本相同的条件下,再生催化剂的操作条件苛刻度均有所降低,其活性有所增强,产品柴油收率提高约3.4个百分点,且含硫量控制在10μg/g以下。
The regeneration and industrial application of DT-series catalysts in 3.75 Mt/a diesel liquid hydrogenation plant in a refinery were investigated on the aspects of catalyst′s property standards before and after regeneration, unit start-up process and evaluation of regenerated catalyst. The results showed that after the main catalysts DT-3645 and DT-3636 were regenerated in vitro, the decarburization rates were 97.1% and 98.5%, the desulfurization rates were 60.0% and 81.7%, respectively, and the attrition properties were increased by 7.0% and 26.0%, respectively. The regenerated catalyst had little particle damage,fine content and good integrity. Compared with the fresh catalyst, under the condition that the operating load of the unit was basically the same, the operating condition severity of the regenerated catalyst was reduced to some extent, its activity was enhanced, the diesel yield was increased by about 3.4 percentage points, and the sulfur content was controlled under 10 μg/g.
