Current status of drinking water in Dongcheng district of Beijing

摘要 目的对2017年北京市东城区生活饮用水进行水质和健康影响定量分析,为居民健康饮水提供指导。方法于2017年1-12月的每月月初分别在17个街道采样点采集1件市政末梢水样本,按照选定的指标对样本进行水质分析。利用美国环境保护局(USEPA)相关模型和参数计算东城区市政末梢水各项指标。结果各街道市政末梢水各项检测指标中NO3-N的浓度最高,CCl4的浓度最低。化学致癌物中以Cr^6+健康影响最高,As次之,Cd最低。非致癌物中健康影响由高到低依次为F^->Cu>Zn>NO3-N>Hg>Fe>Mn>NH3-N>CN^->CCl4。街道编号16的综合影响水平最高。结论东城区生活饮用水综合健康影响水平低于USEPA和国际癌症研究机构(IARC)的最大可接受风险,非致癌物健康危害风险处于相关组织机构推荐的可忽略风险水平之下。东城区生活饮用水主要以致癌化学物的健康影响为主,Cr^6+和As为重点关注对象。 Objective Quantitative analysis on the quality and health impact of drinking water,to provide guidance for residents’healthy consumption of drinking water in Dongcheng district of Beijing in 2017.Methods At the beginning of each month,we collected one sample of municipal peripheral water at 17 street sampling points from January to December in 2017,and analyzed the water quality of them according to the selected indicators.The US Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA)related model and parameters was used to calculate each items of tap water in Dongcheng district,Beijing.Results The concentration of NO3-N was the highest and that of CCl4 was the lowest among the indicators of municipal water in each street.Among chemical carcinogens,Cr^6+ has the highest health effect,followed by As and Cd.The health effect of non-carcinogens are listed as F^->Cu>Zn>NO3-N>Hg>Fe>Mn>NH3-N>CN^->CCl4.The highest comprehensive influence level was detected in the sample of Street No.16.Conclusions The comprehensive health influence level of drinking water in Dongcheng district is lower than the maximum acceptable risk of USEPA and International Agency for Research on Cancer(IARC).The health hazard risk of non-carcinogens is below the negligible risk level recommended by relevant organizations.Adverse health effects of drinking water mainly result from cancer chemicals.Cr^6+ and As were the key targets.
