北京市医疗机构开设成人预防接种门诊意愿调查

Willingness investigation on offering adult vaccination clinics in Beijing’s medical institutions

目的了解北京市未提供预防接种服务的医疗机构开设成人预防接种门诊的意愿及影响因素,为探索成人预防接种门诊规范化建设标准提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取67家未开展预防接种服务的医疗机构为调查对象,采用自行设计的调查表就医疗机构运行情况、成人预防接种门诊开设意愿及对门诊的预期和构想等进行问卷调查。结果医疗机构开展成人预防接种服务意愿较低(30.65%),其面临的主要困难有医疗机构空间、人员、设备、激励机制不足,以及没有规范化管理标准等。开设成人预防接种门诊能同时提供相关科研资源与人才培养建设资源是医疗机构开设成人预防接种门诊的促进因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医疗机构认同成人预防接种门诊建设需要规范化管理标准。结论北京市未开展预防接种服务的医疗机构开设成人预防接种门诊意愿较低。开展成人预防接种服务的同时为医疗机构提供科研资源与加强人才培养建设可有效促进医疗机构开设成人预防接种门诊。细化成人预防接种门诊的设置标准、落实保障措施是推动成人预防接种门诊建设的有利保证。

Objective To understand the willingness and influencing factors of medical institutions that offer no vaccination adult services in Beijing,and provide evidence for exploring the construction standards of adult vaccination clinics.Methods We used stratified cluster sampling technique to select 67 medical institutions without adult vaccination services as the survey objects.The contents of the questionnaire include the operation of the medical institution,the willingness to open adult vaccination clinics,and the expectation or visualision of adult vaccination clinics.Results The willingness of medical institutions to provide adult vaccination services was low(30.65%),and their main difficulties were the insufficient of space,personnel,equipment,excitation mechanism and no standardized management standards.The establishment of adult vaccination clinic could provide scientific research resources,personnel training and construction resources,which were the promotion factors for the establishment of adult vaccination clinic in medical institutions(P<0.05).All medical institutions agreed that the establishment of adult vaccination clinics needs standardized management standards.Conclusions In Beijing,medical institutions without adult vaccination services had low willingness to offer such service.Providing adult vaccination services could not only provide scientific research resources but also strengthen personnel training for medical institutions,which promote the establishment of adult vaccination clinics in medical institutions effectively.Detailed standards and standardized management for adult vaccination clinics were favorable guarantees for promoting the construction of adult vaccination clinics.
