2009-2018年邯郸市手足口病流行病学特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics of HFMD in Handan from 2009 to 2018

目的回顾性分析邯郸市2009-2018年手足口病流行特征与防制效果,为今后优化手足口病防控策略,提高防控效果提供依据。方法收集2009-2018年邯郸市手足口病病例资料和病原检测结果,分析发病特征。结果邯郸市2009-2018年平均报告发病率为64.86/10万,流行特征呈现两年一个流行周期、总体下降的趋势。发病病例主要为5岁以下儿童,尤其集中在1~3岁儿童。男女性别比为1.67:1。职业分布以散居儿童为主。病原学监测阳性检出率为65.59%。结论手足口病普遍存在于邯郸各县(市、区),整体流行情况呈下降趋势,时间分布有明显的周期性和季节性,人群发病的差异明显。随时间推移,高发县(市、区)有从东部向西部逐步推移趋势。EV71病毒是邯郸市手足口病高发年份的主要病原,也是引起大多数重症病例和死亡病例的病原体。

Objective To provide basis for optimizing HFMD control strategy and improving control effect in the future.Methods The HFMD case data and pathogen detection result(2009-2018)in Handan city were collected,and the epidemic characteristics and control effect of HFMD were analyzed retrospectively.Results From 2009 to 2018,the average reported incidence in Handan city was 64.86/10^5,and the positive detection rate of etiological surveillance was 65.59%;additionally,the epidemic of HFMD displayed two years’epidemic cycle and overall decline.The occupational distribution is mainly scattered among children who were under 5 years old,especially those aged 1-3 years old.Among the HFMD cases,the sex ratio of men to women is 1.67:1.Conclusions The HFMD was prevalent across area under administration of Handan city,and the location movement of high incidence area from the east to the west part of the city could be seen.The overall prevalence of HFMD was on the decline,with obvious periodicity and seasonality of epidemiologyin term of time distribution and population incidence.In Handan,the EV71 virus was the main pathogen resulting in severe cases and death cases of HFMD.
