“人工智能+”模式下我国传统产业的效率锁定与解锁——基于路径依赖理论视域 被引量:14

Research on Efficiency Lock-in and Efficiency Unlock of Chinese Traditional Industries under the Background of“AI+”:Based on path dependence theory

摘要 明晰传统产业效率锁定的成因并助力其效率解锁,对于新时期我国供给侧结构性改革的实现意义重大。规模报酬递增、转换成本偏高与认知局限强化了传统产业对现行技术与制度的路径依赖,致使其效率水平长期处于低位运行。而"人工智能+"模式则恰好能够为我国传统产业效率解锁提供全新的解决路径。传统产业可以充分借助人工智能"链接、集聚、赋能"的技术特性,遵循技术融合、产品业务融合与市场融合的顺序,打破只有在规模经济前提下才能获取经济利益的守旧生产理念,实现要素优化配置,降低成本耗费,摆脱路径依赖。与之相应,我国还应该从人才培养、技术效益、市场机制和环境建设等方面加强管理,从而为传统产业纯技术效率、配置效率与规模效率的全面解锁扫除现实障碍。 It is of great significance to clarify the causes of efficiency lock-in of traditional industries and help them to unlock their efficiency for the realization of structural reform of supply side in the new era.Increasing returns to scale,high switching costs and cognitive limitations have strengthened the path dependence of traditional industries on existing technologies and systems which result in their long-term low efficiency.The"AI+"model can provide a new way to solve the efficiency unlock of traditional industries in China.Traditional industries can make full use of the technical characteristics of AI with high permeability,follow the order of technology integration,product business integration and market integration,break the old production concept that only under the premise of economies of scale can economic benefits be obtained,realize the optimal allocation of factors,reduce costs and expenditures and get rid of path dependence.Accordingly,China should also strengthen its management in terms of personnel training,technological benefits,market mechanism and environmental construction,so as to fully unlock the pure technological efficiency,allocation efficiency and scale efficiency of traditional industries in order to remove practical obstacles.
