摘要
文章聚焦生态环境保护和经济高质量发展的双重视角,在理论分析的基础上,基于2003-2017年省际面板数据,首先运用莫兰指数测度中国环境污染的空间相关性,其次构建包含异质性基础设施投资对环境污染的空间计量模型和中介效应模型,运用面板分位数模型进行非线性检验,实证分析增加基础设施投资对中国环境质量的影响。研究发现:增加两类基础设施均能显著改善环境发展状况,且增加技术型基础设施的作用会略微明显;技术扩散效应和成本效应是增加两类基础设施投资对环境污染的作用路径;随着环境污染的扩散加强,两类基础设施的边际效应均呈现出倒U型的特征。
This paper focuses on the dual perspectives of ecological environment protection and high-quality economic development.Based on the theoretical analysis as well as the provincial panel data from 2003 to 2017,the spatial correlation of environmental pollution in China is measured by Moran index.Secondly,the spatial measurement model and intermediary effect model including heterogeneous infrastructure investment on environmental pollution are constructed.The panel quantile model is used for nonlinear testing,and empirical analysis increases the impact of infrastructure investment on China’s environmental quality.It is found that adding two types of infrastructure can significantly improve the environmental development,and the role of increasing technology infrastructure will be slightly obvious;technology diffusion effect and cost effect are the paths to increase the impact of infrastructure investment on environmental pollution;with the increasing diffusion of environmental pollution,the marginal effects of both types of infrastructure have been characterized by inverted U-shape.
