摘要
我国的装配式建筑发展尚处于初级阶段,还存在诸多问题。从建筑发展角度对装配式建筑安全风险进行识别,建立了装配式建筑安全风险指标体系,并运用WBS-RBS-G1和DEMATEL模型分析了装配式建筑安全风险因素风险度。然后从设计、生产、运输、施工、运营各阶段提出了具体措施,以便更好地对建筑风险进行规避和防范。
China′s prefabricated development is still in the primary stage and there are still many problems.This paper identifies security risks from the perspective of architectural development and establishes risk index system of prefabricated buildings.Through the WBS-RBS-G1 and DEMATEL model,the logical relationship between risk factors of prefabricated buildings is analyzed.Then some measures from design,production,transportation,construction and operation are put forward to more effectively avoid and prevent the construction risk.
