摘要
对沈阳市住宅价格售租比现状进行了分析,剖析了沈阳市2018年二手住宅价格售租比总体水平、各区住宅价格售租比发展水平,并与全国主要城市进行了对比,研究沈阳市住宅价格售租比分布规律及其成因,提出了促进住宅租赁市场发展的对策与建议,以期促进住宅市场的协调发展。
This paper analyzes the current situation of residential price and rent in Shenyang,analyzes the overall level of second-hand housing price and rent in Shenyang in 2018,development of residential price and rent in each district,and compares to those of major cities in the country.The paper studies the distribution law of price and rent ratio and its causes of residential in Shenyang.The countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of the residential leasing market are put forward to promote the coordinated development of the residential market.
