双向拉伸聚2,6-萘二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜的合成与应用

摘要 采用双螺杆挤出机挤出铸片、逐步双向拉伸的方法进行了双向拉伸聚2,6-萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(BOPEN)薄膜中试,考察了BOPEN薄膜的性能特点并比较了BOPEN薄膜与BOPET薄膜的性能差异。结果表明,所得BOPEN薄膜产品拉伸强度为232~275MPa,弹性模量为4500~4900 MPa,具有高拉伸强度、高刚性、抗紫外和高阻隔率的特点;在150~200℃以下的尺寸稳定性优异。可应用于柔性线路板、振膜、汽车仪表盘和座椅感测器部件等领域。 The bilateral stretched poly(ethylene naphthalate-2,6-dicarboxilate)(BOPEN)film was made by twin-screw extruder extrusion and stepwise bio-oriented stretching.The performance of BOPEN film was investigated and was compared with that of BOPET film.The results showed that the obtained BOPEN film has high tensile-strength(the tensile-strength is about 232~275 MPa),high rigidity,good dimensional stability(elasticity modulus is about 4500~4900 MPa),UV resistance and high barrier properties,and can be applied to flexible circuit boards,diaphragms,automobile dashboards and seat sensor parts fields.
