摘要
叙述了微反应器,包括微管反应器、毛细管反应器、微通道反应器等在环己烷无催化氧化和催化氧化体系中的最新研究进展。认为现有的环己烷无催化氧化法作为生产环己醇和环己酮的主要工艺,仍存在较多的问题有待改善和解决,采用新型结构或传质更为高效的微反应器和新的催化反应体系是该工艺取得突破的关键。
Cyclohexane oxidation as the main process for producing cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone,there were still many problems going to be improved and resolved.Based on the characteristics of micro-reactors,the application of micro-reactors including microtube reactor,capillary reactor and micro-channel reactor in cyclohexane oxidation were reviewed and the non-catalytic oxidation and catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane were described.Finally,the development trend of the micro-reactor technology in this field was introduced and it provided a new idea for the process of cyclohexane oxidation.
