摘要 目的:研制一套舒适、便携且可控的微光模拟组件,专用于护理技术操作训练,以提高平战时微光环境下应急救治的成功率。方法:针对夜间及野外等无光照特殊环境特点,采用TR90记忆树脂材质作为模拟组件眼镜支架,树脂为镜片,将模拟组件分为微光模拟组件主体部分,附加2个组件配件的3个部分,利用偏光太阳镜的原理,设计3个暗光程度不同的等级,拟定组件各部件结构、尺寸及材料后请专业眼镜厂家进行定制。结果:微光模拟组件设计科学,体积小巧、美观,佩戴舒适度佳,组件暗光程度可灵活调节逐渐递增,由浅到深,实现微光环境下训练人员视觉逐渐适应,避免训练盲目性,提高微光环境下应急救治水平,提升护士满意度。一次性静脉穿刺成功率从未使用微光模拟组件的86.70%提高到使用微光模拟组件后的92.40%;护士满意度从未使用微光模拟组件的82.91%提高到使用后的96.83%。结论:微光模拟组件轻便、暗光度可控、佩戴舒适、适用性强,能有效提高微光环境训练适应性,缩短培训周期,提高静脉穿刺成功率,适合各级军地医护人员培训时使用,有利于提高平战时应急救援保障能力。 Objective:To research and develop a comfortable,portable and controllable simulation module with microlight which was specially used in operation training of nursing technical so as to improve the success rate of emergent treatment under environment with micro-light in peacetime and wartime.Methods:Aimed at the characteristics of environment without light in night and the field,TR90 memory resin material was used as the glasses bracket of simulation module,and resin was used as the lens.And the simulation module contained 3 components(the main part of the simulation module,and additional two accessories of module).The principle of polarized sunglasses was used to design three levels of dark light.After the structure,size and material of each component of module were proposed,the module was customized by professional glasses manufacturers.Results:The design of simulation module with micro-light was scientific,compact,beautiful,and it was comfortable when it was worn.The degree of dark light of the module can be adjusted gradually from shallow light to deep light.It could realize the gradual adaptation of the vision of trainers under environment with micro-light,and could avoid blindness of training,and could improve the level of emergent treatment in environment with micro-light,and could enhance the satisfaction of nurses.The success rate of venipuncture at one-time was increased from 86.70%(without using the simulation module with micro-light)to 92.40%(using the simulation module with micro-light).And the satisfaction of nurses was increased from 82.91%(without using the simulation module with micro-light)to 96.83%(using the simulation module with micro-light).Conclusion:The simulation module with micro-light is portable,controllable for dark light and comfortable when it is worn,and it has strong applicability.It can effectively improve the training adaptability in environment with microlevel,and shorten the training cycle and improve the success rate of venipuncture.It is suitable for the training of medical personnel at all levels of military and civil hospital,and it is conducive to improving the support ability of emergent rescue no matter what it is in peacetime or in wartime.
