摘要
目的:研究立体定向放射治疗设备的需求评估与配置,提出科学合理的立体定向放射治疗设备需求评估和配置方案。方法:全面分析立体定向放射治疗设备发展历史和配置需求,以安全为核心,以质量为基础,以效果为导向,从宏观和微观两个层级设置12个维度因素,研究立体定向放射治疗设备的需求评估和配置方案。结果:以多维度的评价架构,制定综合宏观和微观因素的需求评估及配置方案,符合我国大型医用设备配置由政府部门统一规划、准入和监督的管理标准及要求。结论:从宏观和微观两个层级12个维度评估立体定向放射治疗设备的需求及配置方法,可做到设备物尽其用、资源按需平衡配置的科学配置准则,有利于医疗资源配置的进一步优化。
Objective:To study the problems about demands assessment and configuration of stereotactic radiotherapy equipment so as to put forward the scientific and reasonable suggestions for demands assessment and configuration of stereotactic radiotherapy equipment.Methods:The development history and configuration demands of stereotactic radiotherapy equipment were comprehensively analyzed.And the safety was regarded as core,and the quality was regarded as bases,and the effect was used as orientation to set 12 dimensional factors from macro and micro grades,so as to study the demands assessment and configuration methods of stereotactic radiotherapy equipment.Results:The demands assessment and configuration method that synthesized macro and micro factors was an evaluation framework with multi-dimensional parameters,which conformed to the management standards and requirements that the configuration of large-scale medical equipment of our country was unified planning,access and supervision by departments of government.Conclusion:The assessment of demands and configuration methods of stereotactic radiotherapy equipment from 12 dimensions of macro and micro grades can achieve the scientific configuration criteria that take equipment to realize best use and take source to balanced configure as demands.And it is conductive to the further optimization of the configuration of medical source.
