医疗设备管理的前瞻性效益评估模型构建及应用分析

Analysis on the establishment and application of prospective benefit assessment model of medical equipment management

目的:基于趋势分析算法构建前瞻性效益评估模型,探讨其在医疗设备管理中的应用价值。方法:选取医院临床在用的4类医疗设备,按照管理模式的不同,将2017年1-12月使用中的240台医疗设备纳入对照组,采用传统的科室分责管理模式;将2018年1-12月使用中的235台医疗设备纳入观察组,采用前瞻性效益统筹管理模式;对比分析两组设备的成本效益增幅、社会效益增幅、设备管理费用增幅和医疗设备开机率。结果:观察组的效益增幅明显提高且稳定性好。成本效益增幅、社会效益增幅、设备管理费用增幅和医疗设备开机率观察组分别为(5.58±1.16)%、(6.50±1.78)%、(0.89±0.58)%和(94.17±2.25)%,对照组为(4.25±1.66)%、(4.51±1.93)%、(1.96±1.10)%和(90.33±2.64)%,观察组的各项数据明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.279,t=2.636,t=2.974,t=3.829;P<0.05)。结论:前瞻性效益评估模型可有效提升医疗设备准入管理与全生命周期管理能力,促进成本效益和社会效益,提高临床服务质量,对医院的现代化建设和管理水平提升起到了积极的推动作用。

Objective:To establish prospective benefit assessment model on the basis of trend analysis algorithm,and explore its application value in medical equipment management.Methods:Four types of clinically used medical equipment of hospital were selected as the research object.According to different management model,they were divided into control group which adopted traditional department responsibility management model and included 240 medical equipment that were used during January 2017 and December 2017,and observation group which adopted prospective benefit overall planning management model and included 235 medical equipment that were used during January 2018 and December 2018.The growths of cost-effectiveness,social benefit and equipment management cost,and the operation rate of medical equipment of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The growth of benefit of observation group was increased significantly and its stability was well.The growths of cost-effectiveness,social benefit and equipment management cost,and the operation rate of medical equipment of observation group were(5.58±1.16)%,(6.50±1.78)%,(0.89±0.58)%and(94.17±2.25)%,respectively.And those of control group were(4.25±1.66)%,(4.51±1.93)%,(1.96±1.10)%and(90.33±2.64)%,respectively.These indicators of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(t=2.279,t=2.636,t=2.974,t=3.829,P<0.05).Conclusion:The prospective benefit assessment model can effectively improve the cost-effectiveness and social benefits of medical equipment,and improve the quality of clinical services,and play a positively promotion role in enhancing the modernization construction and management level of hospitals.
