某型转管机枪武器系统理论射速测试方法研究

摘要 某型转管机枪武器系统在靶场进行理论射速测试时遇到了弹序重叠,不能判读弹序发数和每发弹之间的时间间隔的问题。针对靶场红外接收器电路中的单稳态触发器正脉冲信号脉宽过大的情况,依靠超高速录像机获得的弹丸火光持续时间,对单稳态触发器RC电路进行改造,缩小正脉冲信号脉宽,解决了弹序重叠问题。由于转管机枪武器系统的特有结构,射击频率要发射一定数量的弹药后才能趋于平稳,不能用以往的理论射速计算公式处理,建立了转管机枪武器系统理论射速计算方法。 A certain type of rotary barrel machine gun weapon system encounters the problem of sequence overlap when we test the theoretical shooting speed in the range.The numbers,order of the bullets and the interval time between each bullet can not be interpreted.The RC circuit of monostable flip-flop is reformed to reduce the width of positive pulse signal,aiming at the situation that the width of pulse signal of monostable flip-flop in infrared receiver circuit is too large.The problem of sequence overlap is solved by using ultra-high speed video recording system to measure the duration of fire.The shooting frequency can not be stabilized until a certain amount of bullets are fired,because of the special structure of the rotary barrel machine gun weapon system.The theoretical shooting speed calculation method of the rotary barrel machine gun weapon system is established,which can not be calculated by the formulas of theoretical shooting speed in the past.
