摘要
目的检测MCP-1、VEGF蛋白在人脑胶质瘤中表达、评估两者相互间的关系。方法采用免疫组化法分别检测不同病理级别胶质瘤组织中MCP-1、VEGF的阳性表达率,分析MCP-1和VEGF之间的关系。结果在人脑胶质瘤组织中MCP-l、VEGF阳性表达随病理级别增高而阳性表达增强(P<0.05),且呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论MCP-1、VEGF在胶质瘤的发生、发展中具有一定促进作用,联合检测MCP-1和VEGF在一定程度上可为临床胶质瘤患者判断恶性程度及治疗提供思路。
Objective To evaluate the expression of MCP-1,VEGF in glioma,and their correlations.Methods The average positive expression rate of MCP-1,VEGF in glioma tissue of different grades were detected with immunohistochemical staining,and the correlation between MCP-1,VEGF were explored.Results The positive expression rate of MCP-1,VEGF were significantly different(P<0.05),The higher the grade of glioma,the more obvious level the positive expression rate of MCP-1 and VEGF.Conclusions MCP-1 and VEGF can promote the occurrence and development of glioma.Combined detection of MCP-1 and VEGF can provide a way for clinical glioma patients to judge the malignant degree and treatment.
