摘要
目的分析高水平乒乓球运动员的身体姿势和强、弱动作模式与上交叉综合征出现的联系,研究与专项训练相关的PNF(propriceptive neuromuscular facilitation,PNF)技术的干预效果。方法选取20名北京体育大学高水平乒乓球运动员,进行姿势评估并利用BTE primus多功能肌力诊断系统测试在正、反手动作模式下的峰值功率和速度;利用PNF技术对实验组进行5周的干预治疗。结果(1)高水平乒乓球运动员存在高低肩、肩胛骨外旋,头前倾等上交叉综合征症状,3种动态姿势评估阳性率较高;(2)PNF技术干预后,两肩高度差、左右肩胛下角到脊柱中线的距离显著降低,3种动态姿势评估阳性率降低;(3)PNF技术干预后,实验组DASH问卷评分显著降低(P=0.038);反手峰值功率(P=0.000)和正、反手挥拍速度显著提高(P=0.014)(P=0.002)。结论PNF技术可以改善高水平乒乓球运动员上交叉综合征的症状,提升其专项运动能力。
Objective To analyze the relation between strong and weak action mode and uppercrossed syndrome in high-level table tennis players,and PNF(Propriceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation,PNF)intervention effect on upper crossedsyndrome.Methods We selected 20 high-level table tennis players of Beijing Sports University,evaluated their body postures and using BTE to test peak power and speed of forehand and backhand operation mode.Then we provided 5 weeks'PNF intervention for test group.Results(1)High-level table tennis players had symptoms for uneven shoulder,external rotation of scapula and forward head posture of upper crossed syndrome,the positive rate of the three dynamic posture assessments was higher.(2)After the intervention of PNF,the height difference of shoulders and the distance between the scapular inferior angle and spinal midline in both sides decreased significantly.The positive rate of the three dynamic posture assessments decreased.(3)After the intervention of PNF,the score of DASH questionnaire in the test group decreased significantly(p=.038).The peak power of back hand action(P=0.000),speed of forehand and backhand pattern were improved significantly after intervention of PNF(P=0.014)(P=0.002).Conclusions(1)High-level table tennis players had a high incidence of upper cross syndrome.(2)PNF intervention can alleviate the symptoms of upper crossed syndrome in high-level table tennis players and improve their specific athletic ability.
