基于产学研合作教育的工商管理专业创新型人才培养模式研究

Study on the Innovative Personnel Training Mode of Business Administration Major Based on the Cooperative Education of Industry,University and Research

产学研合作教育是高等学校培养创新型、应用型人才的重要途径,针对现有工商管理专业人才培养供给侧急需改革、需求侧质量有待提高、供需之间衔接不足、产学研合作教育中对"研"不够重视等问题,构建了工商管理专业产学研合作教育模式,从坚持以企业管理问题为导向、注重对主体合作过程的协调、加强政策扶持和监督、加强资源整合、实施效果评估和反馈5个方面提出了工商管理专业产学研合作教育的具体应用对策。

Cooperative education of industry,university and research is an important way to cultivate innovative and applied talents in colleges and universities. In viewof the urgent need for reform on the supply side,the need for improvement in the quality of the demand side,the lack of connection between supply and demand,and the lack of attention to "research"in the cooperative education of industry,university and research,etc,a model for cooperative education of industry,university and research in business administration major has been built. This paper puts forward the concrete application countermeasures of the cooperative education of industry,university and research in business administration major from five aspects: insisting on the guidance of enterprise management,paying attention to the coordination of the main body cooperation process,strengthening the policy support and supervision,strengthening the integration of resources,implementing the effect evaluation and feedback.
