探索黄龙汤治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎严重感染者的可行性

Feasibility of Huanglong Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Severe COVID-19

目的:探索黄龙汤治疗新型冠状病毒(nCoV-19)感染的严重新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者的可行性,为危重患者寻找一种治疗方法。方法:结合中医理论及现代医学应用进展,研究nCoV-19致病特点以及临床表现,对黄龙汤现代医学应用发展尤其是国外重症监护(ICU)患者的应用进行了回顾性分析。结果:黄龙汤治疗腹泻、发热等疾病在我国已经有一千多年历史,粪便微生物移植(FMT)方法是从黄龙汤发展而来。随着现代科技的进步,FMT技术治疗多种疾病已经得到临床证明。结论:黄龙汤可能成为治疗COVID-19严重感染者的一种方法。

Objective:To explore the feasibility of Huanglong decoction in the treatment of severe COVID-19 patients caused by n CoV-19 infection,providing a treatment for patients in critical condition.Methods:By combining the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the application of modern medicine,along with the pathogenic features and clinical manifestations of nCoV-19,the current study has investigated the applications of"Huanglong decoction"in modern medicine,especially in foreign intensive care(ICU)through retrospective analysis.Results:Huanglong decoction has been applied in the treatment of diarrhea,fever and other diseases in China for more than a thousand years.Fecal microbial transplantation(FMT)was developed based on Huanglong decoction.Along with recent advances in science and technology,FMT has been clinically proven to be an effective treatment for multiple diseases.Conclusion:Huanglong decoction may be a treatment for patients with severe COVID-19.
