基于ERG理论的知识型职员的组织公民行为探析

摘要 ERG需要理论被认为有较好的逻辑基础并通过了实证检验。基于该理论,通过对知识型职员需求层次、内容要素和需求特点的系统分析,从功能主义视角讨论知识型职员组织公民行为的形成机制和传导机制,建构知识型职员组织公民行为激励模型,并在此基础上,从建设学习型组织与知识共享、营建积极工作关系氛围与健康组织生态、建立互利共赢的职业发展渠道与平台等方面提出引导知识型职员组织公民行为的组织策略。
