绿色发展水平体系构建与民族地区经济关系研究——基于云南省红河自治州EKC模型的实证分析

Research on the Construction of Green Development Level System and the Economic Relations in Ethnic Areas--Empirical Analysis Based on EKC Model of Honghe Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province

以云南省红河自治州作为研究对象,构建红河自治州绿色发展评价体系与EKC模型对其绿色发展水平与经济关系进行实证研究,结果显示:红河自治州的绿色发展出现了较为严重的“失衡”;红河自治州的绿色发展水平在很大程度上依靠环境与经济建设,但环境与经济建设在绿色发展水平中却处于劣势;红河自治州的GDP水平和环境污染水平呈现倒“U”型关系,且目前已通过拐点;红河自治州的绿色发展水平与RGDP之间呈现正向关系,但与上一期RGDP水平呈现负向关系。据此进一步提出了相关的政策建议。

Taking the Honghe Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province as the research object,an empirical study on the relationship between the green development level and the economy of the Honghe Autonomous Prefecture was constructed,and the results showed that the green development of the Honghe Autonomous Prefecture had a serious"imbalance";The level of green development of the Honghe Autonomous Prefecture depends to a large extent on the environment and economic construction,but the environment and economic construction are at a disadvantage in the level of green development.The GDP level and environmental pollution level of the Red River Autonomous Prefecture present an inverted"U"relationship,and The inflection point has been passed;the green development level of Honghe Prefecture has a positive relationship with RGDP,but it has a negative relationship with the previous RGDP level.Based on this,relevant policy recommendations are further proposed.
