家族企业代际传承研究进展及启示

Research Progress and Enlightenment of Family Business Intergenerational Succession

文章从传承的影响因素、传承的阶段特征及内容构成两方面对家族企业代际传承的研究内容进行归纳总结。研究发现:(1)影响因素可以归纳为微观、中观、宏观三个层次,微观层次主要关注在任者的离任意愿、对继承人的信任以及知识共享意愿,继承人的接班意愿、能力以及受教育水平;中观层次主要关注家庭(族)关系,企业传承计划和企业目标;宏观层次主要关注制度、文化对传承的影响。(2)对传承内容的研究分为两个阶段,第一阶段主要关注企业所有权与经营管理权;第二阶段以核心要素为主,主要聚焦于企业家精神、隐性知识和社会资本等方面。在此基础上,提出了加强对不同传承阶段的比较,以及对小型家族企业的深入研究。

This article summarizes the research content of intergenerational inheritance of family businesses from the aspects of influential factors of inheritance,stage characteristics and content composition of inheritance.The research found that:(1)the influencing factors can be summarized into three levels:micro,meso and macro.The micro level mainly focuses on the involuntary will of the incumbent,trust in the heirs,and the willingness to share knowledge,the heirs'succession,ability,and the level of education;The meso level focuses on family(ethnic)relationships,corporate succession plans,and corporate goals;the macro level focuses on the impact of institutions and culture on inheritance.(2)The research on the inheritance content is divided into two stages.The first stage focuses on the ownership and management of the enterprise;The second phase is dominated by core elements,focusing on entrepreneurship,tacit knowledge,and social capital.On this basis,it is proposed to strengthen the comparison of different inheritance stages,as well as the in-depth research on small family businesses.
