珠海市公立医院医护人员工作反应性及对医改认知分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the responsiveness and cognition of medical reform of medical workers in Zhuhai public hospital

摘要 目的:分析综合医改背景下公立医院医护人员的工作反应性,了解其对医改的认知,优化医护人员工作满意情况从而调动其积极性,更好地推动医改的实施。方法:现场发放调查问卷,收集珠海市517名公立医院医护人员的信息并进行统计学描述性分析、检验分析和二元Logistic回归分析。结果:半数以上的医护人员有较大工作压力,医护人员的实际收入与期望收入有差距;超过半数的医护人员对工作感到满意。医改传达效果较好,改革取得一定成效但也存在部分问题。结论:应适当减轻医护人员的工作压力,因地制宜地采取有效措施保证医护人员的权益,提高其参与医改的积极性。 Objective:To analyze the work responsiveness of medical staff in public hospitals under the background of comprehensive medical reform,understand their knowledge of medical reform,optimize the job satisfaction of medical staff to mobilize their enthusiasm,and better promote the implementation of medical reform.Methods:A questionnaire was distributed on the spot,and information on 517 public hospital medical staff in Zhuhai was collected and statistically descriptive analysis,test analysis,and binary logistic regression analysis were performed.Results:More than half of the medical staff had a large working pressure,and the actual income of the medical staff was different from the expected income.More than half of the medical staff were satisfied with their work.The medical reform has a good communication effect.The reform has achieved some results but there are also some problems.Conclusion:The working pressure of medical staff should be lightened appropriately,effective measures should be taken according to local conditions to ensure the rights and interests of medical staff and increase their enthusiasm for participating in medical reform.
