基于医务人员视角的人际信任差异研究

摘要 目的:调查医务人员的人际信任状况,探讨分析不同特征医务人员的人际信任差异,为更有针对性提升医患信任水平提供政策参考。方法:运用自制的基本情况调查表和一般人际信任量表对东中西部地区4521名医务人员进行问卷调查。运用描述性统计方法对调查数据进行分析。结果:医务人员的人际信任总分为79.46±7.355分。人口特征方面,不同性别、出生日期、婚姻状况和文化程度的医务人员人际信任情况差异有统计学意义;职业特征方面,职业、职称和工作年限不同的医务人员差异有统计学意义,其中行政管理人员的得分较低;区域分布方面,东中西部地区的医务人员人际信任水平存在差异,西部地区得分较高。结论:医务人员的人际信任水平较好,但仍有进一步改善的空间,尤其要注意提升行政管理人员的人际信任水平。 Objective:To investigate the interpersonal trust status of medical staff,explore and analyze the differences in interpersonal trust of medical staff with different characteristics,and provide policy references for more targeted improvement of doctor-patient trust level.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 4521 medical staff in the eastern,central,and western regions of the country using a self-made basic situation questionnaire and a general interpersonal trust scale.Analyze survey data using descriptive statistical methods.Results:The total interpersonal trust of medical staff was 79.46±7.355.In terms of demographic characteristics,the differences in interpersonal trust among medical staff of different genders,dates of birth,marital status,and educational level are statistically significant;in terms of occupational characteristics,there are statistically significant differences among medical staff with different occupations,titles,and years of service,including administrative The scores of personnel are low;in terms of regional distribution,there is a difference in the interpersonal trust level of medical staff in the eastern,central,and western regions,and the scores are higher in the western regions.Conclusion:The interpersonal trust level of medical staff is good,but there is still room for further improvement.In particular,attention should be paid to improving the interpersonal trust level of administrative staff.
