The Scientific Research Situation of Graduate Students in Medical University

目的了解医学硕士研究生学习现状,为研究生科研学习与培养提出建议。方法以昆明医科大学190名在读硕士研究生为调查对象,采取自填的方式问卷进行调查。结果研究生科研方法和技能的掌握程度的自我评价与参加学术交流或科研技术培训(P<0.05)、外语水平、评述文献和学术资料的频率、在读期间以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文数、每天用在科研工作上的时间、学校开展学术活动情况(P<0.01)成正相关。科研学习情况自我评价与个人每天用在科研工作上的时间、参加学术交流或科研技术培训、参加课题研讨的机会、向导师请教、与同学交流学习、和对公开发表论文的看法相关(P<0.01)。在导师对硕士研究生的管理方面,导师管理的宽严情况与每天用在科研工作上的时间相关(P<0.05);与导师对学生科研能力的培养、与导师交流、参加课题研讨的机会和课题来源相关(P<0.01)。对学校研究生教育的评价与必修课和选修课设置、课堂教学方式、学术活动开展现状、图书和数据库资源、实验条件、学术氛围、学校对研究生的管理、学校对科研能力培养情况、学生对自己总体科研水平的评价相关(P<0.01)。结论强化研究基本技能,活跃科研氛围,注重科研思维和思考能力的培养,加强导师的引导,重视学校科研教育环境建设对硕士研究生科研学习有积极的促进作用。

Objective To investigate the present situation of the graduate students'scientific research,and improve the scientific research culture and development in Kunming Medical University.Methods 190 graduate students were investigated by a questionnaire.Results The self assessment of the graduates'scientific research methods and skills was associated with the participation in academic exchanges and research(P<0.05),English level,the frequency of the review of literature and academic information,and the number of thesis published as the first author or corresponding author,time used in scientific research work everyday,and the academic activities in the university(P<0.01).Self evaluation for scientific study was related to time used in scientific research work everyday,participation in acadamic exchanges and trainings,opportunities to participate in project discussion,discussion with classmates,and discussion with tutor(P<0.01).In the management of the graduates,the strictness of the tutor was related to how much time the students used in scientific research work everyday(P<0.05);the graduates'self evaluation was related to the cultivation of student's scientific research ability,and mentor communication opportunities,participation in discussion of subject and topic source correlation(P<0.01).The evaluation of graduate student education in the university was associated with the compulsory courses and elective courses setting,classroom teaching mode,academic activities carried out,library and database resources,experiment conditions,the academic atmosphere,the management of the school of graduate,scientific research ability training,and the graduates'self scientific research evaluation(P<0.01).Conclusion To strengthen the basic skills of research,improve the active research atmosphere,pay more attention to the development of scientific thinking and thinking ability,strengthen the instructor's guide,and attach importance to the building of the scientific research environment will play positive roles in promoting the postgraduates'research learning.
