俯卧位对早产儿呼吸暂停的影响

Effect of Prostrate Position on Apnea of Premature Infants

目的探讨俯卧位对早产儿呼吸暂停的影响效果。方法将云南省第三人民医院儿科新生儿室2018年1月至2019年9月出生的早产儿120例,随机将60例作为实验组,采用俯卧位,将60例作为对照组,采用仰卧位,比较2组的应用效果。结果实验组与对照组在早产儿呼吸暂停发作次数,每次呼吸暂停持续时间,患儿心率,经皮氧饱和度等方面的改善情况进行对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给早产儿采用俯卧位,患儿的经皮氧饱和度会迅速上升,发生呼吸暂停的次数明显减少,且大多能自行缓解。

Objective To investigate the effects of prone position on apnea in preterm infants.Methods 120 cases of premature births from January 2018 to September 2019 in the pediatric neonatal unit of the Third People's Hospital in Yunnan province were randomly taken into the study,60 cases as experimental group using prostrate position,another 60 cases as control group using supine position.The application results of the 2 groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the improvement of apnea,duration of apnea,heart rate and percutaneous oxygen saturation in the preterm infants(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion Premature infants with prostrate position can significantly reduce the number of apnea,and effectively reduce apnea degree.
