摘要
本文采用DEPA和DDC对氟乙酸钠进行衍生,通过高分辨质谱系统发现并确定衍生物母离子和大多数子离子后,用串联四级杆复合线性离子阱质谱对其进行参数优化,建立LC-MS/MS的定性方法。随后,分别对水相衍生体系和有机相衍生体系的灵敏度进行评估。实验证明,后者的衍生物提取率只有前者的0.75%。
A method for the determination of Sodium Fluoroacetate was developed using a derivative reaction with DEPA and DDC.Then the derivative was identified by a High Resolution Mass Spectrometry,the precursor ion and product ions were found and confirmed by the accuracy m/z.After optimization of the spectrometry parameters,a quantitation method was developed by a QTRAP system.With the experiment,the extraction rate in aqueous phase is only 0.75%of that in or ganic phase.
