摘要 职业教育育人高标是指职业教育人才培养更高规格的规定,更优效果的追求,它是职业教育质量提升的本质诉求和理想境界。职业教育育人高标的必然逻辑是:国家“强起来”阶段的时代召唤,经济转型升级需要顺应对标,职业教育自身发展演进逻辑使然,解决职业教育深层问题的应对之道,政策利好“组合拳”的给力助推,“双高计划”遂行的要求促成。职业教育育人高标的内涵是:创新能力、工匠精神与职业人格。其培育之径是创新能力要从思维创新能力、技术技能创新能力、可迁移性适变创新能力切入;工匠精神应从匠心精神、精益精神和执着精神三者入手;职业人格培养须从职业品行、职业责任、职业态度三维着力。 The higher standards for talents cultivation in vocational education refers to the requirements of higher standards and the pursuit of better results in the training of vocational education talents.It is the essential demand and ideal realm for improving the quality of vocational education.The inevitable logic of vocational education to educate people is:the call of the times in the"strengthening"stage of the country,economic transformation and upgrading need to comply with the standards,the logic of vocational education's own development and evolution makes it necessary to solve the deep-seated problems of vocational education,the policy is boosted by the requirements of the"double high plan".The connotation of the higher standards for talents cultivation in vocational education is:innovative ability,craftsman spirit and professional personality.The way to cultivate it is to start with the innovative ability of thinking,technical skills and transferability.Craftsman's spirit should start with ingenuity,leaning spirit and persistent spirit.The cultivation of personality must focus on three dimensions:professional conduct,professional responsibility and professional attitude.
