清血八味片对高脂血症金黄地鼠血脂的影响及其机制

Effect and mechanism of Qingxue Bawei Tablet on blood lipid levels in golden Hamster with hyperlipidemia

目的观察清血八味片对高脂血症模型金黄地鼠的降血脂作用。方法以高脂膳食诱导高脂血症金黄地鼠模型,给予不同剂量清血八味片,测定给药2周和4周后血清中总胆固醇(Tch)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的变化,计算肝脏指数。结果造模2周,与正常组比,高脂模型组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C升高(P<0.05),表示高脂血症造模成功。给药2周,与模型组相比,阳性药组三酰甘油水平下降(P<0.05),中剂量组的总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇出现显著性差异;给药4周,与模型组相比,阳性药组三酰甘油水平下降(P<0.05),高中低3个剂量组总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);中、高剂量组的肝脏质量以及肝脏指数下降,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论清血八味片可以降低高脂血症金黄地鼠的总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,结合肝脏指数,说明具有一定的降血脂功效。

Objective To observe the hypolipidemic effect of Qingxue Bawei Tablet on golden hamster of hyperlipidemia model and explore its mechanism.Methods A high-fat diet-induced hyperlipidemia golden hamster model was administered with different doses of Qingxue Bawei Tablets.After two and four weeks of continuous administration,the serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were measured,and calculate the liver index.Results After two weeks of modeling,compared with the normal group,the levels of Tch,TG,and LDL-C in the high-fat model group increased(P<0.05),indicating that the successful modeling of hyperlipidemia.After 2 weeks of administration,compared with the model group,the level of TG in the positive drug group decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of Tch,TG,and LDL-C in the middle dose group showed significant differences.After 4 weeks of administration,compared with the model group,the level of TG in the positive drug group decreased(P<0.05),the levels of Tch and TG in the three high-dose and low-dose groups decreased,and the HDL-C level increased.The difference was significant;The liver quality and liver index of the middle and high dose groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingxue Bawei Tablet can reduce the levels of Tch,TG,LDL-C and increase the level of HDL-C in golden hamsters.Combined with the liver index,that shows that it has a certain blood lipid lowering effect.
