摘要
研发了一种采用磷酸酶法检测水中微囊藻毒素的自动检测系统。该系统包括定量进样、清洗、反应、检测、系统控制等模块。仪器采用微流芯片、微量注射泵进行各种试剂的定量,避免交叉污染;采用三维运动机械臂进行各个加样位点的精确定位及加样,并与磷酸酶法检测方法结合,设计得到一种能够自动检测水中微囊藻毒素含量的检测仪。仪器具有检测灵敏度高、试剂用量少、操作简单等优点。仪器检测精密度为9.1%;检出限为0.075μg/L;实际水样比对测试,仪器测试结果与标准方法测试结果相对误差在±10%以内。
The system includes quantitative sampling,cleaning,reaction,detection and system control modules.The instrument adopts microfluidic chip and micro-injection pump to quantify various reagents to avoid cross-contamination,and uses three-dimensional moving manipulator to precisely locate and add samples at each sampling site.The detector has the advantages of high detection sensitivity,low reagent dosage and simple operation.The precision is 9.1%,the detection limit is 0.075μg/L.The water sample comparison test results show that the relative error between the instrument test result and the standard method test result is within±10%.
