温度对一种新的19F化合物活体浓度核磁定量计算的影响

摘要 N-(2-甲基丙烯酸乙酯)-N-(3,3,3-三氟丙基)-N-甲基甘氨酸(CBF 3)是本团队新合成的一种19 F化合物。CBF 3核磁共振体外(20°0)与活体(37℃)成像存在温差,用20℃的标准曲线计算其活体浓度可能误差较大。本研究用19 F核磁共振成像分别计算CBF 3在20℃和37℃的各成像参数和标准曲线。结果表明温度变化各成像参数和标准曲线均显著改变,磁化矢量(M19F)变化是引起标准曲线变化的主因。用20℃和37℃的标准曲线计算CBF 3活体(37℃)成像时的浓度范围分别为:-8.91~10.10mg/ml和0.08~18.93mg/ml。相比之下用37℃的标准曲线计算活体浓度更可靠。 N-(2-(methacryloyloxy)-ethyl)-N-methyl-N-(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl)glycine(CBF3)is a newly synthesized 19 F compound by our team.The calculation error of in-vivo(37℃)concentration for CBF3 might be large by using the standard curve at 20℃,because there was a temperature difference for CBF3 between in-vitro(20℃)and in-vivo(37℃)imaging.Calculating the imaging parameters and standard curves of CBF3 at 20℃ and 37℃ respectively by using 19 F-MRI,the results indicated that the imaging parameters and standard curves changed significantly along with the temperature change,and the variation of magnetization vector(M 19 F)was the main reason of the variation of standard curve.The in-vivo concentration ranges of CBF3 in-vivo(37℃)imaging calculated by the standard curves at 20℃ and 37℃ were-8.91-10.10 mg/ml and 0.08-18.93 mg/ml respectively.It was more reliable to calculate the in-vivo concentration by using the standard curve at 37℃.
