摘要
建立了蔬菜中硝基苯的反相高效液相色谱分析方法,蔬菜样品经均质、高速离心提取、萃取前处理后,以水∶甲醇=85∶15(v∶v)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为35℃,通过SinochromODS-BP反相色谱柱分离目标化合物,用二极管阵列检测器在264 nm波长进行定性定量分析,硝基苯浓度0.25mg/L^2.0mg/L范围内具有良好的线性,相关系数为0.9998,峰面积测定相对标准偏差1.06%~4.97%,加标回收率在99.5%~101.9%之间,方法检出限为0.10mg/kg。
The vegetable samples were pretreated by homogeneity,high speed centrifugal separation and extraction.With H2O∶CH3OH=85∶15(v∶v)mixed solvent as mobile phase,flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,column oven temperature of 35℃and wavelength of 264 nm,the target compound which flowed from the SinochromODS-BP reversed chromatographic column was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by a diode array detector.The concentration of nitrobenzene had a good linearity in the range of 0.25-2.0 mg/L,the related coefficient was 0.9998,the RSD of peak area determination was within the range of 1.06%-4.97%,the recovery rate was within the range of 99.5%-101.9%,the detection limit was 0.10 mg/kg.
