产业链视角下郑州汽车产业的配送系统优化分析

Optimization Analysis of Distribution System of Zhengzhou Automobile Industry from the Perspective of Industrial Chain

汽车产业是郑州市确定的战略支撑产业之一,故本文以产业链视角下郑州汽车产业为背景对配送策略进行研究,首先,针对郑州汽车产业配送的现状,提出现实中所存在问题,并结合实际企业进行剖析;第二,在吸取国内外汽车行业发展实践和经验的基础上,结合郑州汽车产业发展进行SWOT分析;第三,结合上述的分析结果,进行配送系统优化分析。

The automobile industry is one of the strategic supporting industries determined by Zhengzhou City,so this paper studies the distribution strategy based on the perspective of the industry chain.Firstly,according to the current situation of the distribution of the automobile industry in Zhengzhou,it puts forward the existing problems in reality and analyzes them in combination with the actual enterprises;secondly,it draws on the development practice and experience of the automobile industry at home and abroad;The third is to optimize the distribution system based on the above analysis results.
