Subjective Cause Management of Network Dependence of Local College Students

主观因素是大学生网络依赖的根本因素,主要表现为理想信念不坚定,生活缺乏规划;自控能力较差,缺乏自律精神;精神生活空虚,逃避现实压力。主观致因管理有利于消除大学生的网络依赖,找准大学生网络依赖的症结,是消除大学生网络依赖的关键选择,是大学生成长成才的保障。要对大学生网络依赖的主观致因进行有效管理,需要大学生增强网络自控能力,全社会要努力营造清朗的网络空间,家庭要帮助大学生养成良好的网络习惯,学校要积极引导大学生正确使用网络工具。

The subjective factor is the basic factor of college students’ network dependence, which is mainly manifested in the following aspects: unswerving ideal and belief, lack of planning in life, poor self-control ability, lack of self-discipline spirit, emptiness in spiritual life,and escape from reality pressure. Subjective cause management is conducive to eliminating the network dependence of college students. To find out the crux of the network dependence of college students is the key to eliminate the network dependence of college students, and also the guarantee for the growth of college students. Finally, to effectively manage the subjective causes of college students’ network dependence, college students need to enhance their network self-control ability, the whole society should strive to create a clear network space,the family should help college students develop good network habits, and the school should actively guide college students to use network tools correctly.
