摘要
根据国家师范专业认证的客观发展趋势,从专业认证理念下师范专业发展的瓶颈问题出发,采用文献分析与对比方法,从培养目标的适应性和可测量性、课程体系对培养目标的支撑度、“以学生为中心”理念在培养过程中的体现三个方面入手,分析了专业认证理念下师范专业发展的路径问题。然后,从对接专业认证要求、审视修订专业人才培养目标,做好课程规划、优化专业人才培养方案,“以学生为中心”、全面落实全学程的教师教育入手,研究了适应专业认证的师范专业发展的趋势和应对策略及其给师范专业发展带来的积极影响。
At the background of Educational Ministry's professional accreditation on normal majors and based on the bottleneck problems currently discovered in normal majors,with the principle of professional accreditation,literature analysis and comparison are used to detect the inefficiency in the training target and its supporting details.For the current training program,the idea of"Centering on the students"is not fully displayed in the training progress,on the basis of which this paper proposes the developing path of normal majors.Then,this paper points out that it is necessary to check the training target,make better syllables,improve the training program,"center on the students"and apply the idea of training future teachers in the whole teaching process.The developing trend and its countermeasures for the normal professional accreditation are presented.In conclusion,the possible significance of our countermeasures is discussed.
