澜湄合作机制下罗兴亚问题解决路径探析

A Probe into the Solutions to the Rohingya Problem under the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Mechanism

缅甸若开邦的罗兴亚问题近年来又成为了世界的焦点,对缅甸国内及其周边国家和地区的和平稳定造成了不同程度的影响,其形成具有历史、文化、政策和经济等方面的原因。而在2015年建立的澜沧江-湄公河合作机制因其自身具有的机理优势,以及其成员国客观存在的地缘条件,为中国及湄公河流域国家共同面对罗兴亚问题搭建了很好的平台。因此,中国及湄公河流域国家应当充分利用好澜湄合作机制的优势,从政治、经济和宗教文化等方面来促成罗兴亚问题的解决。

The Rohingya issue in M yanmar’s Rakhine State has become the focus of the world in recent years,affecting the peace and stability of Myanmar and its neighboring countries and regions to varying degrees.His formation has historical,cultural,policy and economic reasons.Because of its own mechanism advantages and the objective geographical conditions of its member countries,the Lancang-Mekong cooperation mechanism established in 2015 has built a good platform for China and Mekong countries to face the Rohingya problem.Therefore,China and Mekong countries should make full use of the advantages of Lan-Mekong cooperation mechanism to solve the Rohingya problem from the political,economic,religious and cultural aspects.
