基于全人教育理念的特色素质课程校本实践研究 被引量:3

摘要 素质课程关注学生不同人生获得与个性化发展,培植学生创新意识与文化涵养,具有独特性、实践性与优质性等特征,符合人才培养的主旨诉求。文章以贵阳幼儿师范高等专科学校为例,从课程理念、目标与内容、组织与实施、评价与推广、保障与管理五个方面论述了全人教育理念下学校特色素质课程模式,并在课程建设经验反思特色课程价值意蕴基础上,提出特色素质课程建设的“原点”在教师和学生,“归宿”在于促进师生的个性张扬与内在成长,彰显价值关怀,是学校推行素质教育的重要支点等主张。 Quality courses,which pay attention to students’different kinds of acquisition about life and to personalized development,cultivate students’innovative consciousness and cultural self-cultivation,have the characteristics of uniqueness,practicality and quality,which is in line with the purport of talent training.Taking Guiyang Preschool Teachers College as an example,the author of this paper discusses the school characteristic quality curriculum model from five aspects:curriculum concept,goal and content,organization and implementation,evaluation and promotion,guarantee and management.And on the basis of reflecting on the value implication of characteristic curriculum from the experience of curriculum construction,this paper puts forward that the"origin"of characteristic quality curriculum construction lies in teachers and students,and the"destination"is to promote the personality publicity and internal growth of teachers and students and to show value care,which is an important fulcrum for schools to carry out quality education.
