摘要
非规模生猪屠宰企业是我国屠宰加工业的一个重要组成部分,短期内不可能被取消,因此,做好这部分企业的升级改造工作具有重要意义。企业虽小,产品加工检疫检测程序和质量控制功能不能少,加工过程符合动物福利和人性化屠宰原则不能丢。本着符合要求、操作简单、投入少建效快的方针,有助于改善非规模生猪屠宰加工企业的生产环境,提高装备水平,确保产出的肉品卫生安全。
Non-scale pig slaughtering enterprise was an important part of China’s slaughtering and processing industry and could not be banned in the short term. Therefore, it was of great significance to do a good job in the upgrading and transformation of these enterprises. Although the enterprise was small, product processing and quarantine testing procedures and quality control functions were indispensable, and the processing was in accordance with the principles of animal welfare and humanized slaughter. This plan was based on the principles of meeting requirements, simple operation, and less investment and faster construction. It would improve the production environment of non-scale pig slaughtering and processing enterprises, and improve equipment levels, and ensure the health and safety of the meat produced.
