摘要
采用"A"-"非A"检验法对鸡肉风味火腿肠进行了感官评定。结果表明,两种鸡肉风味火腿肠样品之间无显著性差异,该法能检验出鸡肉风味火腿肠样品之间的感官差异,适合对鸡肉风味火腿肠的感官品质进行差异检验。
The "A" and "non-A" test method was adopted, and sensory evaluation was conducted to chicken-flavored ham sausage. The result showed that there was no significant difference between two kinds of chicken-flavored ham sausage samples. The sensory difference between chicken-flavored ham sausage samples could be detected by this method, and it was suitable for the difference test of sensory quality of chicken-flavored ham sausage.
