超临界供热机组凝汽器补水雾化方案优化研究

摘要 超临界供热机组将凝汽器的正常运行化学补水通过喷嘴雾化处理后以一定角度补入凝汽器中可以有效提高机组热经济性。通过这种技术可以有效提高补水换热效率,提高机组真空,大幅度降低凝结水过冷度,从而有效降低凝结水中溶氧量进一步提高低压回热系统热经济性,优化超临界机组运行经济性指标,最终达到降低机组发电煤耗目的。 The supercritical heating unit can effectively improve the thermal economy of the unit by feeding chemical water into the condenser at a certain Angle after atomizing the normal operation of the condenser through the nozzle.Through this technology, the efficiency of water replenishment and heat exchange can be effectively improved, the vacuum of the unit can be improved, the degree of supercooling of condensate can be greatly reduced, the dissolved oxygen in the condensate can be effectively reduced, the thermal economy of the low-pressure regenerative system can be further improved, the economic index of the operation of the supercritical unit can be optimized, and finally the coal consumption of the unit can be reduced.
