西部高校图书馆开展专利情报服务的SWOT分析

目的了解西部高校图书馆开展专利情报服务现状,分析开展该服务项目的可行性季必要性。方法选取西部地区25所"211工程"院校为调研对象,通过网络调查对西部高校图书馆开展专利服务进行SWOT分析。结果有6所高学图书馆尚未开展科技查新和专利服务,其余高校均有科技查新服务。其中重庆大学、兰州大学、西南交通大学、西安电子科技大学、四川农业大学、新疆大学、石河子大学6所高校有部分的专利相关服务项目。结论目前西部高校图书馆已普遍开展科技查新服务,而专利服务项目开展情况并不理想,通过SWOT分析可知,在西部高校开展专利服务有一定的用户需求量和发展的空间。
