新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下危重症患儿院际间转运的思考和建议

Thoughts and Suggestions on Interhospital Transportation of Ill Critical Children under Corona Virus Disease 2019 Epidemic Situation

当前新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情自武汉已蔓延至全国,世界卫生组织将新冠肺炎命名为“COVID-19”(Corona Virus Disease 2019)。为防止疫情的进一步扩散,各省市、地区也出台政策限制人员流动。在此疫情的影响下,危重症患儿的就医和转诊均产生了诸多不便。为使危重症患儿得到及时有效的抢救和治疗,加强院际间科学、有序开展危重症患儿的转诊工作是疫情时期的特殊要求。本文结合国家卫生健康委员会出台的关于新冠肺炎防控诊治指南规范以及相关文献资料,提出了新冠肺炎疫情下危重症患儿院际间转运的思考和建议,以期为临床实践提供借鉴。

The epidemic of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 is currently raging in China.The World Health Organization(WHO)named the new coronavirus pneumonia as“COVID-19”.In order to prevent the further development of the epidemic,provinces,cities and regions have also issued policies to restrict the flow of people.Under the influence of this epidemic,there are many inconveniences for critical ill children to seek medical treatment and referral.In order to provide timely and effective rescue and treatment for critical ill children,in this article,by combining with the guidelines on the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 released by the National Health Commission and related literature,a proposal for interhospital transportation of critical ill children under the COVID-19 epidemic infection situation is proposed for reference.
