新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下感染科的病房管理

Ward Management in the Department of Infectious Diseases under Corona Virus Disease 2019 Epidemic Situation

自2019年12月,我国湖北省武汉市陆续发现了多例由新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)患者。随着疫情的迅速蔓延,新冠肺炎很快作为急性呼吸道传染病纳入《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》规定的乙类传染病,并按甲类传染病管理,且已成为目前社会公共问题。我院是德阳市唯一定点收治该病的医院,感染科作为定点治疗科室,积极应对,果断隔离传染源,切断传播途径,加强管理,有效防控。同时,我科还承担肺结核、艾滋病、病毒性肝炎等其他类型传染病的诊治工作,所以在有效防控及提高新冠肺炎患者救治成功率的同时,加强感染科病房的科学管理对保障患者健康尤为重要。现就我院感染科在抗疫一线所做的病房管理进行阐述,以期为兄弟医院抗疫期间病房管理提供借鉴。

Since December 2019,a number of patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)have been discovered in Wuhan,Hubei Province of China.With the rapid spread of the epidemic,COVID-19 was soon included as an acute respiratory infectious disease in the Class B infectious disease stipulated in the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.It is managed according to Class A infectious diseases,and it has become a public problem in the society at present.Our hospital is the only designated hospital in Deyang City to treat this disease,and the department of infectious diseases is a designated treatment department.We actively responded to the epidemic,decisively isolated the source of infection,cut off transmission channels,strengthen management,and effectively prevented and controlled.At the same time,we also undertake the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis,AIDS,viral hepatitis and other types of infectious diseases.Therefore,it is particularly important to ensure the health of patients through strengthening the scientific management of the ward in infectious disease department,while effectively preventing and controlling and improving the treatment success rate of COVID-19 patients.In order to provide reference for ward management during the period of anti-epidemic in other hospitals,this article described about the ward management in COVID-19 epidemic situation.
