鼠神经生长因子联合甲钴胺对视神经炎患者视力及视野缺损的影响

Effect of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor Combined with Mecobalamine on Vision and Visual Field Defect in Patients with Optic Neuritis

目的:观察鼠神经生长因子联合甲钴胺对视神经炎患者视力及视野缺损的影响,旨在为视神经炎治疗方案的制定提供新思路。方法:选取本院2018年5月至2019年6月收治的104例视神经炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各52例。两组患者均接受常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予鼠神经生长因子治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予鼠神经生长因子联合甲钴胺治疗。观察两组视力、视野缺损、视功能、视觉诱发电位(VEP)及用药不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,两组视力、视功能指数均高于治疗前,视野缺损值低于治疗前,且观察组改善更显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组P100波潜伏期低于治疗前,振幅高于治疗前,且观察组改善更显著(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鼠神经生长因子联合甲钴胺治疗可有效提高视神经炎患者视力,降低视野缺损程度,改善VEP,促进患者视功能的恢复,且联合用药未增加严重不良反应,具有一定安全性。

Objective:To observe the effect of mouse nerve growth factor combined with mecobalamine on vision and visual field defect in patients with optic neuritis,and to provide new ideas for treatment of optic neuritis.Methods:104 patients with optic neuritis in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table,with 52 cases in each group.The two groups received routine treatment,and on this basis,the control group was given mouse nerve growth factor,and the observation group was treated with mouse nerve growth factor combined with mecobalamine.The vision,visual field defect,visual function,visual evoked potential(VEP)and adverse drug reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the vision and visual function index in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the visual field defect value was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group improved more significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the P100 wave latency of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the amplitude was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group improved more significantly(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mouse nerve growth factor combined with mecobalamine in the treatment of patients with optic neuritis can increase vision,decrease visual field defect,improve VEP,promote recovery of visual function,and without increaseing severe adverse reactions,which has certain safety.
