两种血液净化方式对维持性血液透析伴高血压患者的影响研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察血液灌流联合常规透析对维持性血液透析伴高血压患者的影响。方法选取2017年5月~2019年1月我院收治的60例维持性血液透析伴高血压患者作为此次研究对象,采用单双抽签法分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30),抽到单数为对照组,双数为观察组,对照组患者采用常规血液透析方式治疗,观察组采用血液灌流联合常规透析治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血压状况、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)指标水平变化情况。结果治疗4、8、12周后,观察组患者的舒张压及收缩压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,观察组患者的CRP、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流联合常规透析对维持性血液透析伴高血压患者具有良好治疗效果,相对于常规血液透析更能有效降低维持性血液透析伴高血压患者的血压水平。 Objective To observe the effect of hemoperfusion combined with routine dialysis on maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis and hypertension admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by even and odd drawing lots,the odd number was drawn as control group and the even number as observation group.The patients in the control group were treated by routine hemodialysis.The observation group was treated with hemoperfusion combined with routine dialysis.The changes of blood pressure,serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressures of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with routine dialysis has a good therapeutic effect on patients with maintenance hemodialysis and hypertension.Compared with routine hemodialysis,hemoperfusion combined with routine dialysis can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients with maintenance hemodialysis and hypertension,and has certain influence on the body mineral and bone metabolism indexes of patients.
